Built From Personal Experience
TLC was born from our own family's experience. As parents of a daughter with developmental disabilities, we understand firsthand the hopes, concerns, and difficult decisions families face when helping a loved one become more independent.
Our journey with our daughter, Tonya, taught us that supported living should never be a one-size-fits-all program. Each person deserves the opportunity to live in a home of their own, make choices about their life, build meaningful relationships, and receive support designed specifically around their individual needs and goals.
That personal experience continues to guide TLC today. We strive to provide the same kind of thoughtful, dependable and family-centered support that we would want for our own daughter.
