Fostering Independence & Creating a Supportive Community

TLC's Coordinator, Britni Chadwick, and her husband, Ben Chadwick, served as live-in houseparents in the women's group home for 8 years. Britni also assumed the role of Administrator during this period, and they raised their daughter Sophie alongside the remarkable women residing in the home, who continue to hold a special place in their hearts.

Journey to Individualized Support

Journey to Individualized Support

After 16 years of residing in one of the Special Friends Foundation group homes, Julie and Bernie's daughter decided to explore different living arrangements. This pivotal moment gave birth to TLC Supported Living. Recognizing the need for a tailored program that offers individualized support beyond what group homes can provide, TLC was founded. Our approach centers around individualized support, custom training, and person-centered planning, shaping the core principles of TLC Supported Living Services.
